We are always trying to increase our clients’ home exposure when they list with us. In addition to the additional boards now available as outlined on page 1 there is some exciting fall news outlined on page 2.
There is also a lot of talk about the public and the industry demanding the stress test removing when buyers are trying to qualify for a mortgage. Many are saying it has done more harm than good. Will Trudeau listen or will he be so preoccupied with his own political scandal to not react to this urgent need. We cover some information about it as well.
