Real Estate Market Newsletter (Issue 37)

Well this is the first issue of our newsletter published after the creation of this new website. We are very excited that our look and feel is all matching.

We have some changes in this newsletter such as first off ….. a name change. We have dropped the Oakville & Burlington because quite honestly we work with people looking in different communities, our areas affected by government regulations, Toronto and GTA developments and so on. We don’t live in a bubble so we decided a more general name was more appropriate.

The late summer/early fall has been a busy time for our team as we develop strategic plans on how to move forward in an ever changing market to best serve our clients. With over 30 years of corporate communication and strategic development experience in addition to real estate and relocations, change is always happening. I was never allowed in the corporate world to just stay still, not learn and not expand so why should it be any different managing a team and servicing real estate clients.

We heard loud and clear people want local experts, those connected to our community and realtors who can understand the plight of the common person. We listened, planned and are now ready to pilot or announce the following:

  • Community Website (starting with OakvilleNeighbourhood.ca). Burlington will be developed once Oakville is completed.
  • Neighbourhood Websites (about 1/2 of Oakville Communities are now completed with the remaining neighbourhoods being completed early October. For example:

www.South-East.OakvilleNeighbourhood.ca

www.South-West.OakvilleNeighbourhood.ca

www.Central.OakvilleNeighbourhood.ca

www.Bronte.OakvilleNeighbourhood.ca

www.Morrison.OakvilleNeighbourhood.ca

and so on

Note: All of the neighbourhood sites developed can be accessed directly from the www.OakvilleNeighbourhood.ca site or directly by using direct URLs like noted above.

  • VIP Corporate Card Program – launching in late October
  • Zillow Partnership – early January 2019
