Over the years all levels of government have made many promises without solving the housing crisis facing our country. With this election finally make the difference.

I have for years been a critic of the ‘go after demand without ever addressing supply’ methods used by government. Finally the public seems so outraged that maybe…..and I mean maybe they will finally start to really address the supply issues.
You see if you don’t have enough supply, any demand is going to cause a frenzy. As a seller it initially benefits you but wait until you go to buy yourself.
A balanced market serves everyone. Now, don’t get me wrong… we all want profits but the last few years have been completely out of control.
