We have spent of 2021 searching the globe for new opportunities for our clients. Many are looking at helping their children enter the market, moving away or downsizing (cashing out) or expanding their rental portfolios. One thing the pandemic has taught us is that nothing is completely predictable.
With a new perspective and/or work arrangement, many are changing what they believe they need in housing.With all of this in mind, our team is looking beyond our neighbourhoods or even country to service our clients.
