I am pleased to announce another listing in my Private Collection (properties being sold without ever going to MLS). This property was a tear down home in the very popular area of Bronte in Oakville. Matching up sellers and buyers is wonderful and this listing sold for full list price $1,000,000 the first day the seller was accepting offers. I have many builders and buyers wanting to build so no home is too small or rundown. Remember some of my clients want to renovate and many want to build.
